The millgrain setting around the sapphire is shaped as a four leaf clover and remains totally intact with beautiful engraved detailing. The oblong setting measures 9.7 x 6.9mm, is crafted in platinum leading to a sturdy 18ct yellow gold shank. In lovely antique condition, a classic and timely design, comfortable with low profile and perfect for every day wear.
