This is an exquisite three stone almandine garnet ring set in 15ct yellow gold and dating from the Victorian period.
In near perfect condition, this beautiful ring features three almandine garnets with bright and vivid pink raspberry hues spread across a very ornate scrolled setting. Lovely stones and gorgeous shapes, there are two pear shaped garnets either side with a round one in the centre also featuring four green tourmaline stones in between - such a gorgeous glowing colour combination! The setting measures 17.6mm wide and leads to a full hand engraved patterned shank that goes all the way round. In truly great condition with minimal wear to all the stones (there is a tiny bit of loss to the setting of the gold at the back) and a luminous golden patina, this is a most spectacular example of true Victorian craftsmanships.
