This is a stunning Georgian half hoop ring with split pearls in a 15ct yellow gold mounting. Set with eight split pearls ranging in colour from cream to grey to champagne with pink overtones and gorgeous lustre! All beautifully matched and in wonderful condition, the pearls are set in classic Georgian style in crimped, cutaway collets with closed backs. With a hand engraved shank full of floral detailing that goes all around the band, split hand chased shoulders, no thinning or loss to either the engraving or the gold.
A superb antique Georgian half hoop, a rare find in such lovely condition too. These are becoming so hard to find and I’m delighted to be able to offer this one on to be treasured all over again.
