A beautiful piece of designer jewellery, French in origin, set in 18ct yellow gold and dating from the early 1980s.
The ring was designed by the French actress Catherine Deneuve, as part of a jewellery collection she launched in 1982. Set in 18ct solid gold, it features the initials CD as part of the design together with a bright white brilliant cut diamond (.07ct) to the side top. A solid heavy ring, oozes glamour, a simple and well crafted design that is definitely wearable today. Stamped to the outside of the shank with the French eagle and inscribed “C Deneuve” on the inside, it has a lovely knife edge detail to one side of the shank, whilst smooth on the other side, as it hugs the finger.
Size: O.5/US7.5 (non resizable due to the stamp)
Stamped C Deneuve and eagle’s head, 18ct
Weighs 6g

A beautiful example of vintage designer jewellery and if you’re lucky enough to be a CD, then extra bonus and lucky you!
