A beautiful, classic diamond boat ring set in 18ct yellow gold and dating from the Edwardian period.
Set with five chunky old cut diamonds, bright and full of character, with high chunky domes, they total approximately .55ct with the centre diamond around 3.7mm, the side ones 2.2mm and the two on each end at about 1.6mm. The diamonds are claw set and the setting measures 14.8mm across and rises 4.3mm, making it great for stacking with other gold bands. With lovely engraved details throughout and with crisp hallmarks, the band is good and solid. In lovely antique condition with minimal signs of natural wear commensurate with age and use.
