A wonderful heart shaped garnet surrounded by fifteen twinkling little rosecut diamonds and dating from the Georgian era.
Centre stage takes a glowing deep red garnet measuring approximately 10mm with a halo of fifteen rosecut diamonds that catch the light beautifully. The whole setting measures around 18 x 16mm. Crafted in 15ct yellow gold with wonderful ornate shoulders and an engraved shank, in a closed back setting with a beautiful domed shape to it, characteristic of the period.
