The ultimate showstopper - wow, what A ring!
This absolutely stunning diamond navette ring is one you will slip on and never want to take off. Dating from the late Victorian period, circa 1880, it is a true antique and is just beautiful!
Featuring twenty one super chunky, high crowned old mine cut diamonds with a combined weight of approximately 1.60tcw (I-J colour, SI1/2, I1 clarity), the whole cluster is one enormous sparkle bomb - a dazzling joy to look at and wear. Bright, well matched, wonky and full of character, the diamonds vary in size (and colour, a couple are slightly more included) with the centre one being the largest and measuring approximately .35ct. The ring has incredible finger coverage and presence, the marquise shaped setting measures 22.5 x 9.3mm so it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, but at the same time it is not too flashy so I would definitely rock this on the daily!
In good antique condition, some age related wear, it has nice solid feel to it, with lovely detailed scrolling to the shoulders too. A absolute treasure that would make an incredible engagement or right hand ring, it is pure lush to wear and very comfortable.
