This is one super cool ring with the most beautiful amethyst.
Featuring a stunning square cut amethyst that could have literally been made yesterday, this early Edwardian ring is just fabulous. In a classic bezel setting, this deeply saturated glowing purple amethyst takes centre stage, with beautiful milgrain detailing all around the stone. The amethyst is immaculate, glows from within, with stunning depth of colour to it - approximately 1.75ct, it is 7.1mm square and 4.5mm deep. Set on a thick gold shank, a really wonderful example of less is more! I honestly can’t fault this and it does look like it’s been quite possibly kept in a drawer all its life.
